Delivery Policy

To ensure that you can receive your desired items smoothly and safely, we have formulated the following delivery policy to provide you with a transparent, clear and trustworthy shopping experience.
I. Processing and Shipping Time
Order confirmation
After you successfully place an order and complete the payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the order number and purchase details. Please carefully check to ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate and correct.
Processing cycle
As all of our ceramic tableware is handmade, if the goods are in stock, we will complete the processing and shipment within 3 to 5 working days.
For pre-ordered goods or custom orders that require additional production, the delivery time may be extended to 2-3 weeks. We will clearly inform you of the estimated delivery time in the order confirmation email.
Priority processing
If you have any special delivery requirements (such as urgent gift), please contact us at 📧 fan@rosalitacup.com when placing your order
. We will do our best to offer you the possibility of expedited processing.
Ii. Mode of Transportation
Domestic delivery (within the United States
We mainly provide standard delivery services through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days (depending on the region).
You can choose the express delivery service (such as 1-3 days delivery), and the cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International distribution
We support global distribution. International transportation time is usually 10 to 20 working days, depending on the customs clearance speed of the destination country and the local postal system.
International freight charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination.
Customs duties and import duties shall be borne by the recipient. Rosalitacup is unable to control or bear such costs in advance.
Iii. Packaging and Safety Assurance
Exclusive packaging
All ceramic tableware is packaged with professional shockproof materials, including foam, cushioning fillers and reinforced cartons, to ensure safety during transportation.
Environmental protection concept
We try our best to use recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging materials to minimize our impact on the environment.
Risk control of damage
Although we have made every effort to protect your goods, there is still a risk of damage to ceramic products during transportation. If the goods you receive are damaged, please contact 📧 fan@rosalitacup.com within 48 hours of receipt
Contact us and attach your photo and order number. We will reissue or refund it for you free of charge after confirmation.
Iv. Order Tracking
Tracking number
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
You can check the logistics status in real time through the official website of the carrier.
Delay explanation
If the delay is caused by force majeure factors such as weather, natural disasters, and traffic control, please wait patiently and keep in touch with us. We will continuously follow up on the logistics status for you.
V. Signature and Responsibility
Signature requirements
It is recommended that someone sign for the package at the delivery address to avoid the risk of loss caused by the package being placed at the door or in the mailbox.
Once the logistics display shows "Signed for", Rosalitacup will be regarded as having completed the delivery of the order.
Division of responsibilities
In the event of any delay, loss or damage during transportation due to the reasons of the express company, we will actively assist you in communicating with the carrier and provide you with a replacement or refund solution based on the actual situation.
If the package is returned due to the customer providing the wrong address or no one signing for it, the shipping cost for re-sending it shall be borne by the customer.

Holiday delay
During peak shopping periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, transportation companies may experience delays. Please place your order in advance to ensure timely receipt.
Customized order
As customized products require additional production time, we will provide the estimated delivery date when confirming the order and maintain communication throughout the process.
Force majeure
In the event of situations such as natural disasters, epidemics, or government control measures, the delivery time may not be fully guaranteed. However, we will promptly notify you and do our best to minimize the impact of delays.
