Q: How long has Rosalitacup been established?
A: We were founded in California in 2019 by a founder with 15 years of experience in the advertising industry and her good friend. The original intention of the brand is to integrate passion and art into daily life.
2. Product-related
Q: Is the product durable? Can it be put in the dishwasher or microwave oven?
A: Most tableware can be safely used in dishwashers and microwave ovens, but some special glazes or decorative items need to be hand-washed. We will provide detailed information in the description of each product. Please read it carefully before use.
Q: Will there be any minor flaws in ceramic products?
A: Due to the entire handcrafted process, the product may have slight color differences, spots or shape variations. These are not flaws but rather the unique character and temperature of handcrafted ceramics.

3. Placing an order and making payment

A: You just need to add your favorite items to the shopping cart, fill in the delivery information and complete the payment. The order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your mailbox.
