Return and refund policy
At Rosalitacup, we sincerely thank you for choosing and trusting our handcrafted ceramic tableware. Each piece of work is crafted by hand with all our heart and soul. Due to the particularity of the craftsmanship, each ceramic piece may have subtle differences and unique textures, which is precisely the charm of handcrafted products. We understand that in online shopping, it is inevitable to encounter situations that do not fully meet expectations. Therefore, we have formulated the following return and refund policies to protect your rights and interests and also maintain the value of our handcrafted brand.
I. Applicable Conditions for Returns and Refunds
The product is in good condition.
Returned goods must remain in their original condition, unused, uncleaned and undamaged.
The original packaging (including the outer packaging box, fillers and any accompanying small cards or labels) must be retained.
Time limit for return application
Please submit a return or refund application within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Applications submitted more than 14 days ago will not be accepted by us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The situation where returns are not allowed
The goods have been used or show obvious signs of wear and tear.
Customized products (such as special colors, exclusive engravings, personalized patterns, etc.);
Damage caused by improper personal operation of the customer, such as dropping, misuse of the dishwasher or microwave oven, etc.
For discount promotion clearance products, once sold, returns are not accepted unless there are quality issues.

Review and confirmation
We will review your application within 1-2 working days after receiving it and reply to you by email whether you meet the return conditions.
If the conditions are met, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Return the goods
The customer is required to return the goods to: Within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation email

Please use a traceable logistics method and package properly to avoid damage during transportation.
Refund processing
We will return the refund to your original payment account within 5 to 7 working days after confirming receipt and checking that the goods are correct.
If the product shows signs of use, lacks packaging or is damaged due to the customer's responsibility, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or a partial refund.
Iii. Freight Description
For returns due to customer reasons (such as unsuitable size, not meeting expectations, etc.) : The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer themselves.
In case of product quality issues or transportation damage: We will cover the return shipping cost or provide you with a free replacement.
Iv. Quality and Damage Assurance
We are well aware that ceramics are relatively fragile during transportation, so we will do our utmost to ensure safe packaging. However, if you find the goods damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and provide:
Photos of the exterior of the package
Photos of damaged goods
Express delivery tracking number
After verification, we will reissue the new product for you free of charge or process a full refund for you.
V. Refund Method
Credit/Debit card payment: The refund will be displayed on your bill within 7-10 working days after processing is completed.
PayPal or other third-party payment platforms: Usually, the funds will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on the processing procedures of the bank or payment platform.
Vi. Special Instructions for Customized Orders
Due to the uniqueness of customized products, we cannot accept return or refund requests based on personal preferences. However, if the customized goods are damaged during transportation or have serious quality issues, please do contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
